What is Affiliate Program and How to find relevant affiliate programs
Choose affiliate programs that are interesting to your visitors, but do not put many offers on one page. When potential customers get too many choices, they usually end up with choosing nothing. If you concentrate on promoting just one or two products and services, your visitors will be less reluctant to make a purchase.
Below I have listed the most popular affiliate payment plans:
Pay-Per Lead
You get paid for each visitor you send to the merchant site that performs an action such as registering for further information, filling out a survey , requesting a free brochure or signing up for the merchant’s newsletter. How much an affiliate gets paid per lead depends on the program. Payment can be as little as fifty cents and as much as thirty to fifty dollars per registration or per request for information.
Pay-Per-Click
With this type of program, you get paid each time a visitor to your blog clicks on the affiliate link. The amount of money that you can get for every click can vary greatly.
Pay-Per-Sale
You get paid each time a visitor, you send to the merchant’s site, purchases its product. You will get a percentage of the sale or a fixed amount per sale, depending upon the merchant’s affiliate plan.
When joining an affiliate program, always pay attention to the minimum payout amounts.
Most companies do not pay until the affiliate has earned a minimum of $50 to $100.
For example, if a company has a $50 minimum payout but you only earned $35, you will not receive a check until the total is greater than the minimum payout. If a company has a $100 minimum payout and you have earned $95 dollars, the same will hold true. A check will be sent out only when your earning meets the minimum amounts needed to be paid.
New affiliates often get caught in this situation. If they fail to meet the criteria of the sponsor, they must wait until the minimum requirement is met.
Fortunately, there is a much better option for the novice. Rather than signing up with each individual affiliate program, you can sign up with advertising brokers, also known as an affiliate networks. Advertising brokers work as the middle man between affiliates and merchants sites.

I love using adsense. It is easy to get clicks from adsense. But I hate adsense because they send you your first check after you have earned more than $100. Auch
